Sink, fridge/freezer, counter space and chafing dishes for catering.
Versatile bar area
A mobile bar to serve drinks, present desserts, or enhance your décor wherever you'd like.
Accessible restroom
A clean, easy-to-access restroom for all guests, with a baby changing table available.
Tables & seating
12 natural oak style tables that can be used with or without table linen, and up to 90 clear Tiffany Chiavari chairs.
Full day access
From 5am to midnight, you can come in early to set up, party at any time, and take your time packing up. Extended time past midnight is available as an add-on.
Please note: there is no cooking on-site, so the studio does not have a stove or microwave.

Included with every booking
Every booking comes complete with the details that make your event feel effortless and beautifully put together.
Host up to 90 guests
Events can be large or small — the maximum is 90 seated guests.
Tables & chairs
12 natural oak style tables and clear Tiffany Chiavari chairs, set to your guest count.
Food tables
Food tables are provided and include black tablecloth linen.
Bar table
With space for storage, it can be moved anywhere in the studio depending on the layout.
Kids table
With up to 10 seats for kids — set up a colouring or craft station for the little ones.
Chafing dishes & coffee maker
Keep your food warm throughout the entire event, and use our coffee maker to brew a fresh batch for your guests (up to 100 cups).
Sound system
Quality Bluetooth speaker with 2 wireless microphones.
Portable TV
On request at no charge — stream from your phone or laptop for slideshows, presentations or the big game.
No back-to-back bookings, celebrate all day long.
Take your time to set up and drop things off, then party all night long. Food and seating tables and chairs will all be set up in your preferred layout.
04 — Optional extras
Make it extra special
A few favourite add-ons you can include with any booking, available for an additional cost.
DSLR photo booth
3 hours of photo booth with an attendant. Backdrop, custom template and props are included. Up to 300 prints and unlimited AirDrops — plus a link to all the pictures after your event!
Indoor bouncy castle
A clean, white indoor bouncy castle with a ball pit!
Décor package
Includes a custom backdrop, welcome sign and centrepieces!
Tablecloths
Seating tables can be used with or without tablecloths. If you would like a more elegant look to the tables, ask about our white floor-length tablecloths!
Additional time
If you would like the party to extend past midnight, you can pay an additional fee by the hour.

Photography studio
In 2026, Pearl Haven will expand with our very own photography studio on the upper level (stair access only) — capturing life's most meaningful moments.
